Service was consistently responsive, polite, and apologetic. My experience wasn’t terrible because of the service folks. It was terrible because of the part delay and the technician’s inability to diagnose his own human error. I thought several times I should take it somewhere else for a second opinion- turns out, it just needed a second look from a different tech there. This seems like it should be standard practice to have a challenging case looked at by more than one tech.
